We replace printers each year, including upgrades. Sometimes we need to change the name of a printer. However, when we change the printer, the associated printer agent name doesn't change. How can I get the printer agent name to change so that it matches the print queue name? Thanks, Chris

I figured it out. Needed to open Windows Explorer, drill down to the top directory on the left, select all directories on the right, right click, choose properties, then Netware Info and uncheck Delete Inhibit.
