Did you run the lus_add_fp_devs script? This is what you have to do with solaris versions up to Solaris 9 when using FC tapes. HTH, Dario- dprincipe

IMHO the problem is that you're trying to unload a tape whose slot has been occupied by another tape. Try to reset the library (nsrjb -H), and then reInventory all (nsrjb -Iv) Hope it helps- dprincipe
