Partner ACS While on the phone when someone else from another extension calls me the intercom will ring once, then the light will just flash. Someone else in the office says their keeps ringing the whole time. Is there a setting for this? We want it to only ring once if we are on the phone...

We have 18d phones. Is there any way to hook up an external speaker that is louder? We have web confrences and the audio comes through the phone, it just isn't loud enough for everyone to hear. I assume a speaker phone such as the Polycom Soundstation would work, but it costs a good...

We have 2 Seagate ST373307LW SCSI drives, in RAID 1. The controler is an adaptec 2120s. Looking at the adaptec software it keeps verifying, even after a verify is completed successfully, another verify starts again. Is this normal?

We have two servers, both just upgraded with 3c2000 cards from 3c905 cards. Server 1 is getting a network speed of 44MB/s. Server 2 is getting 3.1MB/s. What could be the problem on Server 2? It is installed in an HP Netserver E60.

Since I installed VPN on our windows 2003 server, none of the XP clients have any computers listed in their network places when I browse the entire network. Has anyone ever seen this before? The TCP settings are all correct.

I have setup a VPN using Windows 2003 Server. The clients can only access the network shares of that server. Is there a way to allow them to access the other computers on the network?

Over a month or so the time on our Partner ACS R5 system & 18d phones is off about 5 minutes. I keep resetting it and eventually it gets off again. Is this a common problem?

The last statement should read... If I go back in and assign ANY EXTENSION to #505 7 when an incomming call rings all the LINES light up... so I removed all the extensions from #505 7 and power cycled the phone system so incoming calls ring correctly.

I have no idea what ports were assigned to #505 7 before... I didn't setup the phone system in the beginning, and forgot to check before I made the change. Looking at the messaging software there is an extension 76... I don't know what it is for. We have a 4 port license. I did just move the...
