Similar problem for me, I have one parent and four Childs with transitive trust between all domains. I try to add my Enterprise account to the child domain admins account but its all greyed out. Also I cannot browse to these domains but I can UNC to them. Am I missing something?

It could be a corrupt outlook profile. Delete it and creat a new one.

It depends what servers you are using. Are they Just Towers or are they Compaq, HP or another well-known make? If they are Towers. Then go ahead and image the system and boot partitions. Use a backup software solution to backup the data stores. If they are Compaq servers etc. Mirror the system...

That is a good plan. Except for one thing. Every time you run the short cut. It asks which account do you want to run under. The user would then have to know the local Admin password.

Yes I know what you mean. But that would still require an Administrator to sit with the user and start the defrag. I need them to be able to do it on there own at any time of day or night. Without Admin rights. Thank anyway.

Yes try creating a new domain administrator then see if you can log on with that account.

Also, You need to check the size of your paging file and do an defrag on all your drives.
