Perhaps the AutoText is in a different font that is not suppported by your printer? Just a thought. You might try making sure the AutoText is formatted the same as some other text that DOES print.

The tests vary. Some tests have questions which might say "without using the menu,...." or "using the menu,..."

I too have experienced this problem from time to time. Although I don't know WHY it happens, I have discovered that if I click PRINT PREVIEW, then cancel the print preview, all is normal again.

Highlight the cells that have the format you want. Then click on the icon that looks like a paint brush. Then click on the top left corner of the range (group of cells) where you want the new formatting to be.

Try moving your mouse pointer to just above the word FILE. It shoud change shape (to black arrows pointing up/down and left/right). When the mouse looks like this, you should be able to drag the menu around.
