Feature 923-ACD Group Statistics Session
A cheap 3 line wallboard system is $16,000u.s. which is not acceptable. Even our previous garrbage 'Cortelco' system let us display this information plus the date & time. Are Nortel ACD systems so bad they can't do the same??- dougw1

Feature 923-ACD Group Statistics Session
This feature is working properly for our call center staff but the problem is that it 'times out' after a few seconds. We want to either cancel the 'time out' and/or change the date & time on our M7310 phone displays to show the above instead Is either or both possible?- dougw1
