We have Merlin Legend and 2 of our mailboxes are not answering when someone calls. It just keep ringing and rings. We can access the mailbox but it is empty because no one can leave any message. Anyone knows what is wrong and how do I fix it?

We have Exchange 5.5 running on NT machines. A lot of our users are getting lots of spams. How do your company do spam filtering? what kind of software / implementation do you have?

I am having trouble moving some mailbox from one exchange server to another in the same site. Both are running on NT4 sp6 and Exchange 5.5 sp4.
Some mailboxes got moved fine while other generated the following event:
EventID: 1008
Source: MSExchangeAdmin
Type: Error
Category: Move Mailbox...
