Thanks, but I thought it was even simpler. I seem to recall pressing "Feature" then another button on a set - sort of like a "who am I?"
That did the trick! I was going to my extension first, then pressing **. If I press ** at the main message it prompts me for my extension and password. All this is programmed in my cell phone now so I'm on easy street.

I tried this and it exited the system. I don't think the problem is limited to cell phones either, I have the same frustration with a land line.
Any other thoughts?
I have set up a CCR and when I dial into the office to access my messages I first transfer to my extension then press ** to access the mailbox. However, instead of getting into the mailbox I am sent back to the main menu and I have to start to process all over again. Sometimes I get lucky and...
