    Hi FoxEgg, The way I removed the mailbox was to navigate to tools > email accounts, view or change existing accounts, then selected my mailbox and pressed delete. From the same menu you can also re-add your mailbox. Hope this helps

    Thanks for the reply Michelle! Finally managed to sort it out! Removed the exchange server account from the computer and re added it. Simple as that! Had been going crazy over this for ages! You were right, something must have become corrupt somewhere. Thanks!
