Hiya... What version of software are you on? I'm on Version 14 and to get the voicemail lamp to light up when a message has been left, I have to make sure that on Page 2 of the Station settings I set 'LWC Reception' to read 'audix' and 'Audix Name' to read 'INT_LX'.
