We use email signatures as canned messages in Outlook 2002. One user prefers MS Word as an email editor but there doesn't seem to be an easy way of choosing signatures from a menu in this case. Am I missing something obvious ? Thanks, Dominic

We are getting large tiff files (40-50 fax images) which we have to slit into individual files. At the moment, we're copying the individual images into seperate tiff files but this is a very time-consuming process. Is there a faster way of doing this ? Thanks, Dominic
