No, I can not.
I even created a new MS-Access database, a new DSN using ODBC and tried to create a new report. I get the same pwd prompt.
More than that, I tried to create a new report, and I selected Database File instead of ODBC for the data source.

It has 19kb in size and Date/Time shows 11/19/1996 12:00am.
What program is responsible for this file?

Hi Ken,
Yes, I can open the file while I'm not Administrator. And I can open the file using a small program called "ODBCTest".
It seems that only Crystal Reports has this problem.

I've written a report in Crystal Reports 7 that reads data from an MS Access database through an ODBC connection.
The report used to work. I do not know what got changed, but now this is what happens:
-when I try to run the report, it prompts for a pwd to log on to the MS Access...

I got some instructions from Microsoft on how to unregister/register some .dll files from
Program Files\Microsoft SQL\Server\80\Tools\Binn directory.
I'm tempted to try that, first.
