    Keyboard Sleep/Power

    In the Control Panel - Under power Options ( which is under Performance and Maintenance if you have the category view instead of classic ) select the Advanced Tab there is a 'Power Buttons' section. Set both of them to 'Do Nothing' and they'll never bother you again. Hope this helps.
