OK, Now I understand. That makes sense. I just programmed the Flex buttons for the CO13 CO14 CO15 to be on 9, 10, and 11 and that will work fine for me. Thanks for the assistance. Mike

jerryreeve I tried your FLASH codes and they all work great. Thanks. But I still have the issue of transferring to voicemail. How can this be accomplished? I haven't tried changing the pool code yet. DocDNA

I tried that, but when I hit FLASH *986 I get an outside line. Is this because of my DR2 firmware? I can use FLASH along with some other feature codes and they seem to work fine, but as soon as I hit FLASH *9, I get the CO.

I have a 616KSU and a StarTalk Mini along with a cordless phone attached to an ATA on ext 34. The cordless is set up as the operator extension and I need to know how to transfer calls to voicemail.
