Merlin Legend SMDR settings
Also, what type of cable/conecter do i need for the smdr inerface. I currently have a Straight Thru DB9 to RJ45 on my PC com port, with a straight thru 8c RJ45 cable from that to the SMDR port. Is This correct?- do6nuts

Merlin Legend SMDR settings
My company has a Merlin Legend that needs some changes to it. I have installed Tapit on a PC to get some statistics on our phone useage, and was wanting to know what the SMDR settings for the Merlin are. I can't seem to get anything out of the SMDR port with my tapit software using the settings...- do6nuts

Enabling Norstar MOH Programming
Can aanybody ttell me what programming procedures are needed for adding MOH to a Nortel Compact ICS? The book I have tells how to physicaly hook it up, and says you have to enable it, but doesn't tell how to enable it. HELP!!- do6nuts
