Does anyone know if I can forward a DSC to an extension instead of a route? My problem is, we have it set up so that a whole block of DID's for faxing goes to a particular route. Well if that fax server is having problems I need to send all of those calls to an extension.

I have night service set up to go to our after hours greeting. Is there no other way?

We would like to forward our main number when there is an emergency in the building to our other office. We have a PRI between the office and I am not sure how to do this. I can forward my DN, but not the main number. How do I program the console to also be able to do this?
