Unfortunately it didn’t work they only have the same image I already got I downloaded from this path ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/lan/catalyst/2820-standard/cat2820A.9.00.04.bin I pretty sure the switch can only accept upto version 5.37 This is the output from HyperTerminal when I try to upgrade... -
