Running Epicenter 5.0 SP3 and was having an issue with adding a discovered or just adding a Summit 400p to Epicenter. So I upgraded to 5.1, still no luck, upgraded to SP2 still no luck. Anyone seen this issue?

You can insert the new card and update the card, this will then upgrade the rest of the cards in your BD6816

your saying then that i can program my PBX to route number 123 456 7890 to a mailbox...i am not 100% sure how to do this, maybe you can guide me in the right direction...any examples of this scenario you have done in the past

I have a 2000 IPS system and need to have the ability to redirect/restrict specific numbers that are coming into our PBX. That is right INCOMING not outgoing. Has anyone had any luck preventing specific type of calls come into their PBX system.
