Opps... Careful if adding new 1600 phones on pre-9.0 IP Office systems
WTF This is getting the basics wrong. The mac and serial should be BURNED into the phone. This is asking for problems with firmware / Gray market / fake products. Take it Avaya have not learned from the last MAC address problems with the IP500 Not good at all.- dkeith83

Call Centre headset NOT ringing
We have recently upgraded one or out Clients from Alchemy to the latest ipoffice500 They are running a call centre operation.
