    Installing W2k pro over WXP pro

    I need to install Windows 2k Pro on my computer. The "corporate" office demands it. Does anyone know if I can install W2kpro over XPpro or do I have to reformat and intall. I'd rather not have to reinstall the plethera of programs I currently have installed. Thanks Doug
