Would that be me pushing the script to each user with psexec? I am looking at hundreds of users in an XP and windows 7 environment thats why I want them to run it when they are in otherwise I would be running a push everyday for weeks.

You can try this. The free copy works well for sync and backup. Been very useful when moving data from 1 server to another as if it hits a problem it carries on and tells you where the problem was rather than fall over. http://www.2brightsparks.com/freeware/

I have removed the hard drive and done a check disk while attached to my pc. I also did a full virus check. I then installed windows over the top of windows but still no success. Any other ideas before the full rebuild? Smah it is Pro and no one other than me should have attempted any repair...

Thanks BMcAnly I hadn't thought of they domain/username. It didn't work though. There shouldn't be a group policy set as there are quite a lot of people in the same group and they have no issues. If it's set on the laptop I currently cant get into it to change it. Any other ideas?

VinceWhirlwind - The address I used were just examples. So your saying if the subnet mask did change it would increase the IP address' but the range would be 10.61.0.1-10.61.1.254. As Norway said would that create an overall problem on the WAN? Norway with the increase in traffic I suppose...

Thank you all for your suggestions. I think I found the answer. As all the Office instaltions were installed for some reason all the basic program templates were installed on this server. It looks like either a re-install or upgrade will remove the problem.
