I changed the application url to
http://thedjbooth.homeftp.net:83/absolutels
And i used that original button code and pasted that back into the livesupport.htm file and it all works perfect.
The only problem remaining is that doesn't help because now it is...

But I have a redirect that hides that port 83. That application url is set in the options in the admin backend of the site.
Ok I put that page up called livesupport.htm
It is at http://thedjbooth.no-ip.com/absolutels/livesupport.htm
It shows the status as offline and it is online right now so it doesn't really work.

Great thanks...I am going to try it right now. The only problem is that my IP address changes. I don't have a static either. That is the reason for the dynamic service I use. I guess I might need to look at another one.
There is no tech support, we purchased no support contract. The last product my friend bought from them was an image gallery and that when on without a hitch. It was also ASP and Microsoft SQL driven. So we thought this one would be no problem as well.
I use a free web redirect because my ISP blocks port 80 but that has never been a problem before. I still don't know what this all means or why this is happening.
Yes when I click on that link i see the button...but the problem is I should see that when I post that code onto a page...it is supposed to display that button using that javascript code. However in the administrator backend it also does not show the button...
