Ok, a Solution for C++ has been found, but still cant find why VB is moaing oh well..
C++ users
Goto Project Setting -> C/C++ tab -> Preprocessor catergory
Add '_WIN32_DCOM' to the preprocessor defintions, (you may need the , seperator)
And also goto the General Category in the same tab...
