Help for A Rookie.....Desktop Program.... Is is Dead
The power went out for a few ....(I have a surge thing).....now my computer turns on (like the fan sound) but doesn't really come on. I can't turn it off without pulling the plug. ROOKIE NEEDS HELP! SYSTEM LOCKED UP
Thanks for the help. I think you are right, but when I restart my computer, the IBM screen comes up, then the Windows 98....When I hit esc, a dos screen comes up but I am unable to type anything or highlight anything etc...just locked up!- djanna
