We had the same issue about two months ago there was a designer patch to fixit. But I think in the latest two rollups it was included in there. I think the latest is Rollup patch 3 release 3
The reason Perry told you to contact a Partner is that there is a procees that only a partner can perform.
1) A maintence fee is charged to move the licensing to another system.
2)Some partners require a fee to provide the Keycode.
3)If you are not the partner you may void any support doing this...
If you look at inactive lines added to the active lines this should get you the number of sets your system is configured to use. I will not get into the dipswitch settings as that can get to confusing. The real point I think you need to look at is if these DSM32 x3 are punched down to anything...

If you only have one server the License Manager is probably installed on that same server. Are you co-res'ing your CCMA server you cannot change CCMS configurations without the CCMA server.

You need to either add database space or reduce required space as eventually the database will get corrupted as it fills up. It clearly documented in the NTP's. . . Once database gets corrupted you'll be in a pooch, start over from scratch. Or last known good backup before database...
