NameTag Hunt Groups not redirecting to correct mailbox
You could use a ACD path with a empty RAD, if you program a Empty RAD (Silence) and set it as first recording in ACD en then interflow after a few seconds to the VM. Then setup a mailbox for the ACD Number it will always go to the correct mailbox.- Dirkie1980
