    Sounds like it shouldn't print a banner sheet but you can turn the banner sheet off from the machine user interface. 1)At the copier press the Logon or AccessA button 2)Enter password (default= 1111) 3)Choose Tools Pathway 4)System Settings 5)More (for 2nd page) 6)Job Sheet 7)Disable banner page
