Hi ! I have a Nortel call center express running Digital phones model M2616 / M2216 / M3903. I want to use wireless headsets for my agents. The problem i am facing is, when a call is completed the agent gets logged off. Has anyone ever done this successfully before ? Cheers.

A continous ping to the C-lan port showed packet drops. If the new hardware gives same errors we will start swapping cables, switch ports, slot in the epabx etc.
