There was R1 on the laptop at first, it is an upgrade. The graphics card is on the accepted hardware list. I have no clue what to do. I can't get much access while in safe mode, that is the only way the system will run.- dimarzony

One of my coworkers has recently installed Windows Server 2003 Enterprise R2 on his laptop. He previously had R1. The laptop meets the minimum requirements and has functioned properly until now. I am using active directory and group policy management console. I need to block the URL for the IE7 download site.
