Well, installing netbui did the trick ;-) Thank you neufarth and thank you all for your response. I recall that it worked for me once without netbui but it is still windows we are talking about is it ;-) Thanks and l8r- digibeta

Yes, the default administrator share and a new one... i also granted the other computer. the other computer can't find the other one when he searches the local network.. Still no luck here :-(- digibeta

Hmmm, ok I am one step further now. One computer sees the other one but when I want to explore it I can't access it. I enabled the guest accounts on both sites. I forgot to tell you that I am logged in as administrator on both computers but on one computer (the one that sees the other) I have...- digibeta
