Softconsole Login trouble
I have a user whose phone had logged out unexpectedly. She also didn't know the code to log back into her extension. We reset her password for her phone but she can no longer access the SoftConsole. I have reset both passwords that I can find to the same thing with no luck. Can anybody help me...- Dice117
