If the SMTP server that you are sending the email to requires authentication then you will have to point the email, in Report Admin Console, to a local SMTP server. Then set the local SMTP server up to provide the necassary...
Do as Intigrant says, but the key is to make sure that your CCC Reporter service (in services) is running with the account details that are able to add the printer.
