4 Remote Worker Limit
On the user tab you must also change the Profile from Basic User to Teleworker. CCC Agent Licences not releasing when agent logs off.
I know this sounds crazy but: 1. Make sure that you have nothing but numbers and letters in the user name field. No spaces either.
