I just got a new Audix LX 2.0 to replace my older Audix 4.4 and I've been playing with the fax capabilities in it. I can receive faxes fine but when I try to send one I get a Message Delivery error.
I have faxing turned on in system parameters fax
Fax Enabled? y
Fax server name: Fax...
Monthly report running is awful in CMS, should have a minus 1 month option like they do for days. I have to change my scripts manually every month and waste a half a day in the process.
I was always told to put a 2 second wait step in front of all queue to steps when writing vectors, it's like a best practice. My company had this consultant here before me who re-wrote all the call center vectors and they did not do this.

I have a high profile user that has a 2420 with an EU24. They have many florescent lights around them and with the EU24 back light always being lit it only contributes to the glare. Anyone know how to turn the light off?
