Hello, 1. Go into the Windows Device Manager. 2. Check the Medium Changer drivers. If the Medium Changer OEM Drivers are listed, change to the Unknown Medium Changer driver. 3. Shut the server all the way down, power cycle the library until it as at an online, ready state, then boot the server.- devth
