Should have mentioned that I'm not sure exactly what software he is using assuming MICS, but not sure exactly which release. I have seen the external call forwarding on some systems and not on others so is it a software requirement or just simply programming?- devinwheeler

Hello, For 9600n81: (1)Set dip switches 1/3/5/8 down, turn on. (2)At command line enter: AT&F0&F1&F2&U6&N6&WO (3)Turn off, set dip switch 4 down, turn back on. *Make sure the software you are using, IE procomm, is set up at 9600n81 as well.- devinwheeler
