    Hi, In that shared folder on the server make new folders with there ext number. When they opend there PM save this profile to there folder. When you open it the next time it will auto open the right one.

    You can delete QOS in de network properties on the pc. We've tried everything regarding the QOS. We found out that with out the QOS there are no problems with stutering calls.

    Delete the QOS. We had the same problem. Also look at the specs of the pc you need at least 1GB memory to work just fine. And check if Firewall is not blokking the Softphone. Jeroen

    What you can do is pop outlook when you get a incomming call from a person that is a contact in outlook. Remember that in outlook the phone number is put in the right way or your phone will not get it right. Jeroen
