Today I have a 2003 exchange server running 4 mx records that all 4 business units can send and recieve email. We are building a new domain and the 4 will be moved onto the new domain exchange server plus we will add 2 new business units. So we want to run 6 mx records off one exchange server.

What is the max number of domains that can be listed under one exchange server? and I want all to be able to send and recieve.

We built a 2003 server running 2003 exchange. My question is can we build a second exchange server and have the first server recieve mail and the second one as the sender box? We send alot of mail and i want to split the duties. Please help with any ideas or links on how-to's.
