I am having some trouble programming an E1 NSU. Right not i am able to dial and receive call. However when the receiver is picked up all i get is noise on the line. Does anyone have any basic settings for programming the NSU
Hi good day all, I have been having an issue with an sx 2000 where call to extension on the system drop. Its also affecting calls coming into the system from the trunks. The call simply just cut off during a call. Your assistance with this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
My point exactly. I have a client that is requesting this feature for their organisation. Apparently a competitor offered them this solution and told them that it could be done with a PBX system they install. I just want to make sure that this sort of thing cannot be done
Firstly is this for when the person is on a call. I would like to activate the microphone when the phone is just sitting there on a desk. Secondly is there a short code to activate this feature.
All lines are POTS lines in outgoing group 0. ARS is set to send calls out on group 0. Outgoing calls are allowed when the system is first rebooted for about 5 minutes then it goes back to saying waiting for line.
Running an Avaya IP Office version 7.0.12. It allows the extensions to receive calls but shows waiting for line when the extension makes a call. All the lines show idle on SSA. On call status calls show ringback but does not select a trunk.
