    Thanks but it has only been happening since I tried to set up a transfer and somehow I cannot seem to cancel this. If I reset the system will it loose other information regarding fax station etc.

    I did 554 (hash) but still when a call comes, after few seconds while I am still on the call two of the extensions of our system ring. Is it something to do with programing? Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.

    We do use anologue lines but this happended after I was trying to set up a divert to my mobile which did not work but this is happening. I have pressed Dnd/Fwd and then * to cancel all diverts but it does not seem to work. the system was fine before so it seem like something on divert which is...

    Everytime I recieve a call when it is completed it transfers the call to two internal extensions. How do I remove this. Please can someone help
