Problem with triggering workflow
Hi, We're trying to set up a basic helpdesksystem with the help of sharepoint. The idea is to have customers send an email to a list and then have those tickets added to a tasklist through a workflow. Unfortunately it doesnt seem to be possible to send emails directly to a service request list...- decwim
