Fixed I put the font I wanted gray in Yellow and saved it as a PDF and than printed it. Worked fine.

I found the solution... I found that both PC's at home use 'HTML' format and my work PC is using 'Rich Text'. I sent an email from one PC at home to the other and the font format was fine, so that's what I believe it is. Thanks for your help, Debbie

I will send an email form work using Outlook 2007 to home using the same app. When I compose the email I have words in bold and colors but when I open the message at home on 2 different PC's the formatting is not there. It's all plain black fonts. Why does this happen? Thanks, Debbie

Thanks for all your help. I found what the problem was. The double cells that should have been single had the "Merge Cells" checked so all I had to do was highlight all and unchecked it and then just deleted the blank rows and it's fixed now. Wanted everyone to know in case you run...
