The reason why you have to order it is that it costs money... you could as well ask for a pirated CD-Image of other commercial software... I know SmartStart 7.1 is a free download, but 5.5 is not - for a reason.- DeathAndPain

I am having a hard time believing that. I also encountered that message on my Proliant 6000, and the complete text is: Compaq Drive Array Physical Drive Threshold Exceeded.
