hi there sorry ,yes we have tried all the listed p/w in the help files and at diferent digit lengths also,the manager p/w is ok but you dont get the same access rights as you do with the admin p/w

as i said before the default password has been changed and as you cant change the password from the esm forms we are trying to find away to revert the password back to the default,we have tryed all sorts of passwords including the one you have posted thanks kwbmitel but we still cant find away.

doesnt allow you to change the admin mailbox p/w from the esm tool have to do it from the phone and the P/W has been changed by the prevouse maintainer

Hi guys Has anyone had an issue with the web browser admin interface were by the system operates fine with no issues however i cannot get onto the 3300 or telnet through to the sx2000 interface....?and the ip address is correct and confirmed.
