Is any other possibility exist to display agent id by default on the ip-phone screen (1616, 1608, 9630g)?
I have learned that I can assign vudisp function to the button with corresponding vustats, but again - i need to press this button to see agent...
We have Avaya Aura platform installation (G450/S8300) with some number of call center operators on the base of Call Center Elite.
How to make IP-phones (9630G, 1608, 1616) display with call-appr button assignment not a station extension but agent id, once agent has been logged in?
