Thank you for your replies.
Checked out Codec and it is perfect.
The staff member forwarded the message to my phone and it sounds the same. Hummm? Listening to the message from another location? When dialing into Audix from anywhere in our system, everyone dials into the same location no...
When using our Priority Calling Feature our Caller Display ID starts out showing the Called Party's name, then when they pick up, their name disappears and it changes to symbols. This only happens at some of our locations and I can't seem to find a solution. I compared working locations with...
We are running Intuity 5.1 Audix System. We have 13 locations using this system. At one location, we periodically receive garbled voicemail messages. The messages are incoming calls from various mediums (cell phones, landlines, etc.),but always coming in from outside, never happens with...
One other thing I just found and don't know how to fix is - Under Control Panel-Hardware-Sound-Adjust Sound, there is only two things listed. Speakers and Windows Sounds and the slider is up on both. But under the Change System Sounds section, it has all the sounds for every function but none...
I have looked everywhere that even remotely resembles a sound control. What confuses me is ITunes works perfectly. I can't get YouTube to work, but I can go to Windows Media Player site and play anything off that site and get sound. I can't get sound from the videos on NBC10.com. I'm so...
The Play sounds in Webpages is checked. I also looked through the Open Volume Controls and there is nothing wrong in there. Someone said that Vista has separate volume controls for each device, is that true? I'm going to check Active X and Media Player and see if there is anything in there.
Just purchased a Lenova Laptop with Vista OS. Sound on Laptop works perfectly in all areas except the Internet. I can't get sound off the internet and I can't find a fix for it. Any ideas? Someone said it was a problem with Vista, but I don't think that's correct. I was running Norton's...
Our Networked GX 260 Dell's (Windows 2000) are getting an "HSIL Ouch" error. It comes up in a little box that only gives you the option of saying ok and doesn't say anymore than that. You hit OK and then it goes away. We can't seem to find any reason for the error and can't seem to find anything...
Well guess what. Someone suggested I load Direct X and reinstall the drivers from the Creative site. And now the CD works perfectly. Thank you for your input.
I'm sorry, I'm confused. Ejecting the CD isn't the problem. As soon as you put the CD in, it shows the correct icon and then converts to an Audio icon and it starts the CD player. I had a Windows CD in drive and it kept reading it as a music CD. Go figure!
I have a 36X CD Rom in a Win 98 environment that reads all data disks as Audio Disks. No matter what type of media you put in, it continually reads it as Audio CD's. I have tried removing the CD Rom and having the computer re-find it. I checked the plug and the drivers. I even replaced it...
Iminmei,
We have that problem when someone tries to use Outlook instead of Groupwise. It deletes the Groupwise Address Books. We usually fix it by reinstalling Windows Messaging. 99.9% of the time it brings back all the Address Books just like they were before they were deleted.
