Me here again... I've managed to get my hands on the accessor for the A6188... now all I need is to get it working with Outlook 2000/2002... ANYONE KNOW HOW TO TRUESYNC WITH OUTLOOK 2000/2002? Cheers Richard- ddotickie

Okay... I have made progress... I installed TSCI from here... (Thanks University of Idaho!) http://helpdesk.uidaho.edu/Software/Default.asp But it doesn't have the accessor for my phone or Outlook 2002 (does Outlook 2002 do something odd so that the accessor for Outlook 98/2000 can't find...- ddotickie

I get as far as the Software License Agreement then a message "Failed to load components. Please reinstall the installer." I guessed this was related to the comments (on Tice etc) about TSCI not being supported by Startfish anymore. Cheers Richard- ddotickie

I have a Motorola Accompli A6188 and I have also lost my TrueSync CD. I note that version 3.1 no longer supports my phone. I have installed TrueSync v1.0 from Tice as per the instructions in this thread and the FAQs but I can't run TSCI so I can't get the right accessors (for the A6188 or...- ddotickie
