Surely did, however it has now become a moot point. MS have delivered a patch for yet another bloody great hole in their browser software (MS01-058), which supersedes this update. Thanks for your reply.- dclari

MF XP and Win2k, Ie update fails
Hi all, Got a Compaq proliant DL360 running Metaframe XP 1.0 on Win2k Server SP1. We have been trying to apply the Microsoft I.E update from MS01-055. It installs okay, but on rebooting, the logon is very slow (3-4 minutes), and the following error appears. termsrv.exe - application error...- dclari
