Let me clarify. When a person we call that has a caller id phone uses that phone to call us back, thier phone displays the number associated with our pri line. I have just stepped into a company with a definity system. When a call is made to a person/company with caller id, our PRI line number appears(when they call back they get a not in service recording). How can I program our main company number to appear?- dcampillo
