Yeah, I'm thinking the switch will need to be replaced. Kind of a shame, I never was able to use it. I suppose I'd need a service contract from Cisco to get this replaced too?

Yeah, we're probably going to use multiple raid channels for the two different functions. Well that number for ghosting was probably a bit inflated, but it could get to be that much at some point.

Ahh ok. Well I don't know that the traffic from the SQL will be all that much at first. but as far as the ghosting goes, we'll probably be imaging up to 40 machines or so per day.

Oh sorry about the confusion there, this happens when I plug a PC into the switch. I know the NIC on the PC is good, and I know the cable I'm connecting it with is good, so I'm assuming it's something with the switch.

I don't know if I can change the password for dadmin, the only otion I have to change is system-parameters maintenence. Unless there's some other way to change the password.

Ok, that shows me that it's not. Of the logins I know, dadmin is the only one with permission to change permissions. unfortunately I don't know the password for this account, the only one I've tried so far is dadmin1 which was recommended by callmaster, and a few variations of that.
